Im curious if this lake is still as active with good fishing as i had heard about it being for a number of years in the recent past (last 4-5 years).  I had at least heard it was a pretty active bite at this lake during the open water for a good number of years.  Is it similar action typically over the winter?

Great walleye fishing during the open water season, but pretty challenging to catch a walleye there in the winter! you'll find the odd one but mostly catch pike. There are CR limits there too!
