When they look like that; it’s no mystery why they are slow swimmers. They probably lay flat on the bottom while sleeping. You an ice fishing perch magnet. 👍 Imagine if you ice fished Cascade?

I think the best way to go there is to fly to Boise with your gear, probably rent a guide one day out three to four day trip. Hopefully Mother Nature is kind a couple days too. Flying would reduce windshield time significantly.
