Chatfield

Is Chatfield's water level being raised going to affect  the freezing and being able to ice fish it this year? They are supposed to raise it 12 vertical feet but I am not sure in what time frame. Does anyone Know?

If it is during the Winter then it will be pretty slushy as most lakes that take in a lot of water in the Winter do.

All the buildings around the shore (south and north marina, swimbeach), roads and the trees on the south side need to be removed first before they start raising the water level. If they start that work this winter I'm wondering what the access to the lake will look like?
