Title: Knot for Heavy Jig?

What might be a good knot for jigs 1/2 oz to 1 oz. for lake trout?

If i use mono, it's trilene knot if it's braided it's palomar.

I take the 60lb black stainless one! they're great and enought big to easyly operate it.
