White's Landing report

6 inches of ice at White's with 5 shanties out at 12:pm Sunday, 01-11-04.  Water muddy and unsafe areas even though a couple snowmobiles were out.  Be careful!

12 perch off Crystal Rock so far.  That was Saturday.

I am not familar with crystal rock. Is that in the bay? What type of baits/ lures?

Hard Water Fans,
     5-6 Shantys out there to nite when i got home
   heard there in to bullheads, waiting for perch
   my self. going down to Bayside market to get
  the lodown. they are just up from the bar.
  have lots of ice fishing stuff, minnows too.
  also acouple of shantys for rent. I am sure it will
  be a nice weekend for it .and good ice according
 to weather man. stop out and good luck

HELLO, WATER STILL A LITTLE DIRTY,AND FISH ARE SLOW. BUT THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY,AND THE BEERS ARE COLD. 6-7 ON THE ICE . NEXT FEW DAYS , HOPEFULLY AS H2O CLEARS PERCH WILL TURN ON FOR US. KEEP YOUR LINES TIGHT

new to this and i'm looking forward to talking to you all,last year was a great year for us and cant wait to get out. Caught very many walleye off catawba.Have there been any reports yet from there? Good luck to all and will let you know when they bite.
