On Beaver Creek today

Went out on Beaver creek reservoir today. 6 to 7 inches solid ice. 5 inches near the pump house. There was a slush area near East bank at pump house. Not sure why. Many days of single digits and below zero nights. Didn't press my luck.  Drilled hole near it and water was above hole. It was still 5 inches ice.  Caught 1 walleye... 12 inches. Good day!

Is that Beaver Creek near Green  Springs?  I grew up 3 miles from there....
