Going by a few small ponds with open water has anything opened up to launch a boat

Most lakes are still capped with several inches of ice in the Poconos.

Slocum, LSP, and Fords are only half covered. Given the upcoming temps and the February sun, I don’t believe they totally freeze again. Hit the open spots with no luck.

I think the higher elevation Pocono Lakes are gonna stay capped. Think you will be hard pressed to find much open water around here.
