Houghton Lake - North Shore Airport Area Ice

Anyone fishing up near the airport on Houghton Lake north shore?  Looking for ice thickness.  Coming from out of town and looking to get my bearings - any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bad ice in that area. Better to look for a spot in east bay right now.
