You nailed it in your post. Dont's screw around with junk. Just go straight to Blackhawk (Brant). You will never regret it!

I'd buy from an Amish guy first. Probably a unmentioned lifetime garauntee for his craftmanship.
-
Blackhawk makes a spear that will stand up to, or surpass, any spear thats out there. Stands behind his work also.
-
I can verify that Blackhawk will stand buy his work until you are satisfied. He makes great spears, customizes to your specs and most importantly stands by his work right to the end!

I agree! Brandt makes a great spear and more importantly he's a stand up guy. You would never have to worry about a spear again. Message the man.

Check out blackhawks craftsmanship and materials. They are not casual spears and are built to rock n roll.

im thinking a couple more months and ill have enough money for one of Blackhawks hand crafted evolution spears and it will sit hanging on a wall in the house till i start my first pike spearing season next year.

I agree with StabinCabin. Stop in D&R, I bet they will have a few to choose from. From there it will be trial and error to find what works best with your set up and personal preferences.
