Just ordered 120 V trophy strike auger and when I tried to charge the battery it would not charge . I tried calling trophy strikes customer service for 2 days straight and was never able to even talk to anybody! This is very concerning seeing as if I have another problem down the road how do you get in touch with somebody if you need something fixed under warranty ! If the only way to get a hold of them it’s your email that’s not the type of service for me !

FYI... trophy strike paid clam to put the clam name on their augers. Might try reaching out to clam.

bowhuntr sorry to read of your problem did you receive any invoice with the auger most companies send an invoice with the item ordered listing contents of package and give price breakdown item ,shipping,taxes. on the reverse side or separate piece of paper there sound be return information and possibly a shipping label to put on the item. One thought I have is that the battery charger may be bad and not the battery many chargers use color changing LEDS or a series of LEDS they are nice but do not really tell you if the battery is charged. If you have the proper volt/multi meter test the battery for voltage and amperage. If you do not have a meter a local electronics or auto parts store maybe able to test the battery for you. Like Filetandrelease said keep us updated on how things turn out with this problem.

I sure hope that this isn't a going to be a problem... I picked one up at the end of the season, this spring.
My battery took a charge and is still "fully"charged tonight.
I went on their site and found that they have a 3 man insulated pop up on sale $199.99. Down from $299.99.
I surely don't need another shack but, a guy can't have too many...

It would be nice to hear from them on the Shanty...

It looks like their parent company has filed for bankruptcy. That's probably not a good omen for customer service or availability of replacement parts.

Like I said, the clam electrics are trophy strike augers. Just blue. Batteries should be interchangeable.

You said you "recently order" this. Have you tried to return it to the vendor for a refund, or was it a direct purchase from Trophy Strike? If a return isn't possible, dispute the charge on your credit card. As others have said it may be easily fixed, but I'd be inclined for a refund and RUN to get a non-Trophy Strike product. Good luck.

Bowhuntr sad to hear you have received no response back from Trophy Strike . I would try what Defish suggests also maybe contact your state's attorney generals office explain your problem see if they can help with this problem. (or similar official in Canada) One last idea contact Ice Shanty /Scott by personal message feature Trophy Strike is still listed as a site sponsor here on I.S. he may have different contact information for the company.

Who did you buy it from, must have been left over stock from last year? Clam bought the trophy strike auger this year right before going under, and rebranded them blue colored. I'm guessing your only option to talk to some one is at clam, not sure they will be able to help though. $:-\$
