Brad that sounds like great therapy to me
 Got out for close of eyes fishing , ran into some young guys I know of course they put the hammer down , they made me work  hard to keep up , the ol buzzard did ok against the constant pressure 😃 great time I kept nice eaters
 Tossed some nice fish back biggest fish I saw was a good 6#s , fun evening , and the weather was pleasant
 

Anything that involves the outdoors is great therapy. Taking my 11 year old April 13th&14th for his gun and bow course. Buying both boys their lifetime licenses

I started taking the kids ice fishing they enjoy it learned a long time ago when they are ready to go its time to leave forcing them to stay only pushes them away my 11 year old.loves both ice fishing and hunting
