Since I fish some tournaments I'm obligated to say they taste like chubs. But as someone who's constantly hungry for fish, they taste pretty dang good if there cooked right. ;D

If were talking about favorites then its flounder friend in butter and seasoned with old bay seasoning after it was swimming about 2 hours ago. By far the best tasting fish I have ever had. But my all time favorite is probally brookies.

In desperate times I have cooked bass before and I thought it tasted pretty good. that was with no seasoning or anything, just cooked over an open fire. that being said im sure any fish would have tasted awesome!
