Wolford 1/22-23

We went up to Wolford last weekend, the fishing was the worst I can remember, maybe the full moon? We still managed 20 fish on saturday after a crucial move that got us the last 12. No biguns but we still had fun. The weather was crazy all day on sat. with blizzard's coming threw about every 45 min. visibility was down to about 25 feet a couple of times, then the sun would be out for a while, then another storm would roll by, this happened all day. Sunday was very slow with us only getting 4 before we decided to hit the road.

Ice is 12", with 4" of snow. 

We picked up a new toy last night, I'll have to get some pics when it's light out though

I should have let you test drive my quad in the snow.

Green Mountain was bleeping slow on Sunday too! That place is never slow.
I only pulled out a couple before we left early to beat the ski traffic.
My buddy did have a heavy one on for a bit before it spit the hook.
Then the guy just to the west of us pulls up A 24" four pounder shortly after.

Nope got a Polaris  That's funny about the traffic, we went down though Walden Saw 5 cars the whole way.

Its even blue like those fishing poles you use
Those little fan cooled motors will run forever. How many miles are on it?
My buddies Ski Doo 380 really suprised me as to how quick it was.
Sweet, now we can hook up and you can show me that access point halfway down Arapahoe bay.

Not sure on the miles, speedo's been broke for years. I figure it was cheap so we'll see if we like it and maybe get a better one later. We took it up to Long draw last weekend, went way up above the res. in over 4' of snow and never had to break the shovels out.
