How come I can't post a new ice condition under new england ?

When I open up ice conditions under Rhode Island it is "mark as read" not "post new topic",an I can't post anything?

Were you trying to post in the reports and conditions board for wordens pond?  Or were you trying to start a new topic in the reports and conditions area? Or were you trying to start a new post in the "Ice Fishing Rhode Island" general board section?

If you want to add a reply to the Worden's pond post, the reply button should be there for you to do that. If you want to have another lake added for Rhode Island, send the lake info to me and I will post the new lake. We have it set so only moderators can add new lakes.
