missisquoi bay salmon
« on: Dec 13, 2017, 03:17 PM »
I'm always in search of new areas. Never fished lac Champlain but I was reading that they have landlocked salmon on the American side- was wondering if any salmon has been caught on our side.

I've fished there many times but I'm not aware of anyone catching salmon in the Missisquoi bay. It is too shallow for them they like the deeper waters a little further south

No salmon in bay. Maybe the odd brown trout.  Way too shallow for that and water is murky. Good for perch, pike and white perch.
