Looks likes an older K&E or Dot brand. Have a few in my box but haven't seen them in a shop in years.

Kinda looks like a "Rocker" type design. They have a curved shape which yield a rocking action. Some use a straight shank hook like a teardrop, some have a 90 degree bend like a jighead.
