Even though I live in Maine,  wanted to let you know thoughts and prayers are being sent your way.  I hope you get rain soon, to help with the fires. I have 2 sisters that live in Kalispell, and they say the air quality is really bad. I hope you get some relief soon. Stay safe my friends.

Unfortunately, at this point I don't think rain is going to be our savoir. Don't get me wrong, some precipitation would definitely help, but I have a feeling that all these fires won't be out until we get some snow. We need winter to start early this year !!

I see some snow in the forecast for this Thursday. Its going to help but its not going to end the season in any way. Im hoping this this season starts opening some meaningful dialogue of forest management and what the lack of costs Montana....
