Question about Licenses and minors

My step daughter is 14, does she need a license to ice fish?

Negative, 15 is the age for license

15 is the age you need one and this year it was 11.50 im 17 now and got to get the adult one 27.50 :'(

Thanks guys; wasn't sure about the age.  This kid is a superstar fisherwoman and doesnt complain about the cold and wind and has cought here share of big crappie and bass.  Looks like a pretty cool xmass present, a new license; she'll be psyched!
