I think you would be better served with two species specific set ups . But I guess you could use a small diameter super line, less then 4 lbs diameter  ..good ball bearing swivel and some 2lbs or less fluorocarbon for your perch set up . Superline/braids present some problems in the cold/outside a house. On another note the purchase of some good reels is one of the best investments that will give you many years of returns.

I use the same setup for all my ice fishing. 6 lb Nano or Suffix 832. Nano doesn't like freezing so unless its nice out or in a hut I go with Suffix. Then I use a barrel swivel and about 18" floro leader. Anywhere from 4-12 lb leader depending on the quarry.

Heck I catch perch all the time on a 12lb leader. Too lazy to switch it out. ;D

I am 99% of the time in my hut which is a shappel 3000  but was wondering something that will work for both i dont have to use a leader or too light that could break but not to heavy because ive had no jigging success in the past 2 years

Either a straight fluorocarbon main line or a straight braid in what lb test

Lots of peeps use straight floro. I think like 8lb would be plenty for anything. It also depends what weight lures you jigging.

I use Tuf Line Duracast.
Doesn't freeze up because of the coating.
Not perfect but no worse than mono for icing up.

I a fan of a hybrid line. I use YoZuri Hybrid in 4# or 6# test on my rigs, and fish outside. I like the thin diameter and the way it performs in depths to 50 feet. I’ve have had very few issues with the line freezing or coiling.
Any deeper, braid with a straight flouro leader would be the way to go. Good Fishing! Ski

https://www.berkley-fishing.com/berkley-line-superline-berkley-fireline/fireline-crystal/1316954.html  or https://www.berkley-fishing.com/berkley-line-superline-berkley-fireline/fireline-ultra-8-ice/1519763.html3-4lb for perch, 10lb for pike

the ultra 8 is smoother, both have excellent abrasion resistance - ice easily clears from line by pinching between your nails and pulling. It doesn't ice up any more than mono

I use a small swivel to a flouro leader as mentioned above. If you buy a 125yd spool it will last you forever lol I backfill my reels with about 125ft of cheap 6lb or 8lb mono, 125' of good braid, and use a 2-4' leader

I like Trilene Xl smooth casting on all my rods, soft and hard water. Like the sensitivity and is tough, could always put a fluorocarbon leader on it.

Stroft GTM 5X 5.28# test .15 mm line break 5# 10 oz.
Stroft GTM 4X 7.9# test .18 mm knot break 7# 2 oz.
Stroft GTM 3X 9# test .20 mm knot break 9# 6 oz.
Stroft GTM 2X 11.2# test .22 mm line break 10# 4 oz.

I was thinking braid to leader or straight fluorocarbon
Also like having one size for all
So pike/perch/walleye

Idk why but the perch around my area seem very picky unlike the 1000 Islands where it’s impossible not to catch one
