Too Cold

fishing has been officially cancelled until it gets much much warmer. currently -60 F here with the windchill, without the wind it is - 42 F. i don't think i even want to go out side at all today.   :(

wouldn't mind a day or two of those temps.  should make about 3 feet of ice in 2 days, here in michigan.
when fisherman fish alone, do they really catch fish??

on my home lake there is about 28" of ice, but by the time we get out there again it will be close to 3 feet i'm sure. its supposed to hover around -35 to -40 for at least the next few days.

WOW THATS ALL I CAN SAY AGAIN WOW.Here we actually need need the cold we have seen maybe single digits. This is normally not something you wish upon someone on an icefishing forum but here it goes hope it warms up for ya.It sucks to have one of our best players siittin on the bench. :(

Well that was warmer than us yesterday. -47.2 F but with our windchill its -79 F. The thermometer wouldn't go any lower so called the neighbour with a weather station.


It has warmed some today and we can see the red again.
