Just wanted to say hi all, I am new to the site. I live in Plattsburgh N.Y. by Lake Champlain. Just thought I would give everyone an update from here on ice cond. The northern part of the lake around Champlain N.Y. is frozen with about 4 to 5 inches. Kings Bay has some ice I did not stop so I don't know how thick it is but there were shanties out on that bay today. I went to Deep Bay today about 4 to 5 inches of ice there perch were biting good about 20 shanties out the average from all the people I talked to was about 3/4 of a pail of nice ones. I will update more later. This coming weekend should be good. Nice meeting everyone I love the site. Till next time.
