mine just has a recording function and you can upload the videos later onto the computer... it's a pretty old version of aquavu micro

Depends on the camera and if it has a video output.  Also depends on the type of signal.

aquaview 715c-75 has a video out plug, somewhere I have a new trail cam, think in my storage locker. have yet to dig it out.

My new Marcum Pursuit records to a micro sd chip. Up to 128 gig. It will take a screen shot, or HD video. I take the chip and download to my laptop. It also has an HDMI adapter to play to a tv.
