HEY GUYS AND GALS,
I WOULD LIKE TO WISH ALL OF YOU A HAPPY AND SAFE THANKSGIVING.
BE CAREFUL COMING AND GOING IF YOU ARE TRAVELING THIS HOLIDAY WEEKEND.

Got up early and got most of dinner prepared so my wife could sleep in and cook later...went fishing for a few hours...caught some perch, bluegills and BIG bass.....Now I'm sipping a brew and stuffing my face with snacks.......in a short while I'm gonna take a snooze and wake up to a big turkey dinner with my family...
I have a lot to be thankful for!

That's cool Tony. Looks like you're not as big of a pain in the a$$ as what some of these guys accuse you of being! ;) Years ago I helped out some at one of the local food consortiums. It definitely makes you more appreciative of what you have. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Fired up the Smokey joe and put a 4&1/4 lb. turkey breast on at 2:00.
Ah cooked with apricot wood inderct and with BEER in the drip pan to keep it moist and tender. Should be ready at 4:00. MMMMMMM

Got my turkey in the rotiserrie basted with butter, homemade apple pie cooling on the side.

Have some turkey for us Canucks (we are on a different calender ;))
And don't forget about all the forces overseas that don't have it as good as all of us on this day.
