Sausage Fest, 2020!
OK gentlemen, time to start talking about a gathering in January!
Might as well start thinking about it...

Location? The Crack again?

Best dates?
Weekend of 1/11-1/12
Weekend of 1/18-1/19

Hey Big just noticed that the Lake John/Cowdrey tournament is the weekend of Jan 11-12. Not sure if that is an issue?

Slayer is bringing cases of KeyIce , Nate is in charge of Chili and ronco will bring a B-Day card for bud we can all sign.

Some good times! I think that was when Slayer got his electric auger "cherry" broke.
I'm not surprised Z caught "the Walleye" He'd been out studying them for a while in the fall.

I’m out of town 18/19. Weekend before works. Chatfield would be good but I’m down for cc also. Easy for the group to setup.

Either weeekend currently works for me, but I'd prolly pick the earlier one given a choice. Closer to my b-day and I could get a hall pass easier.

if you can make it anytime after Jan 21, I can make it, ill be in France visiting some family. I did take the whole month off so when I get back I plan to ice a lot. But don't chance it because of me.

It always tough getting the whole crew together!

Some can do early, some can do later...

Who could do the weekend of the 25th/26th?

A few votes for Chatty, but the Tower area of the Crack is just so nice...literally step out in the ice with our food/brewskis/tables/grills, etc.

Just a disclaimer --- there's usually more beverage imbibing than fishing done at these gatherings.

To be honest most of our fishing trips are always an excuse to get out and have some drinks with the crew, pretty much why we started ice camping also. Nobody wants to be the DD and who doesn't like 3 days and 2 nights of indulging. In fish that is

Exactly. Ice camping is definitely something I want to try a few times this year...heck, maybe I'll bring my hub, heater, and a cot to the gathering and just keep on fishing/drinking through the night!
