Some nice Walleyes you got their Gator-bait. I am curious what body of water those fish came from. They are very pale colored, lacking the green and sometimes very gold color of the walleyes we catch in the Rockies. They also have a much smaller and less distinct tail spot except for your big one that has the white edge along the entire tail. Cant say I have ever seen that before or if I did, I didnt notice. Interesting to see such color variation from different regions and bodies of water. Nice fish just the same.

I think he fishes the same lake as thriller.

thrillers appear lighter in colour with white bellies as well, so i would say that this dude is from manitoba.

Good Guess?     let me know.

These certainly do not look like our "Greenbacks" we catch here in Manitoba on the Red River.... although you never know....

Not greenbacks, I'll say New York or Michigan.

Not to say something you haven't heard, but I've seen pics of eyes from erie and they have that same coloration.Plus, erie has huge eyes like those all over. That's my guess. That first eye is way bigger then any eye I've ever caught. Keep up the good work
if anybody from michigan will help me out with the lakes and stuff up here I'd really appreciate it since I'm new to the area.

Our greenbacks come upriver from Lake Winnipeg.  While they have light bellies, they have fairly bright green backs (hence the local term greenback).  I won't call the horse dead, but that's not from our Red River.
