Picked up a new Buddy heater  last night at Menards. Took advantage of that 11% rebate; got it for about $71.00. Tried it this a.m., for the firearm deer opener, I love it, nice & quiet.

Going to rework my sled and look at transportation options (possible 4 wheeler) .... and got a few more HT Magnet Tip ups and PK Flutter fish lures on order ...

I just moved back to MI after being spoiled for 3 years in SD 99% of our ice fishing was a drive on situation. My Avalanche was my ice fishing work horse all season out there ... I know that is not going to be possible here.

Time to relearn my home state ice fishing - Hope to get after some Eyes and Perch ...

Any help or suggestions are welcomed ... PM's best .... If I learned any thing in SD Ice fishing is tight lipped sport ......  :P :P

Oakland County, Macomb and Wayne County's are all in play ... Very interested in learning Lake St Clair and even Erie.  ;D :tipup: :tipup: ;D

Black betty 6061 on sale, 2 flat line rods and tightline extreme from Sportsmans direct.  Also a few new homemade perch jigging spoons and some new Brantner glow, tungsten and various assortment that I am still waiting on...

Dumped WAYYY too much money on steelhead gear and outfitting my boat. Unfortunately going to hold off on any upgrades for hardwater this winter. Honestly, besides re spooling rods, have about everything I need to get out and start fishing again.
