I'm not from B.c i'm from manitoba But welllcome to Ice Shanty all the same.Are you on the ice out there yet?

hows it going, im a newbie too.i moved from calgary to the williams lake area in june.its not to close to Vandorhoof but closer than calgary.we got lots of snow and the smaller lakes are starting to freeze over.i cant wait to get out there and catch something. :tipup:

Heh all you newbies. It is nice to see some more fisherpersons on the BC forum. I just knew there were more addicts in the most beautiful province of Canada. I fish in Prince George area mostly. Surprised to see you guys are so close. What lakes do you fish on BB? I've been on ice for over a month now. Only on smaller lakes though. Ice ranging from 4-7 inches. Was out today and got some nice brookies ranging from 1.5-2lbs11oz on Cobb lake.
