certainly not cold enough out this way but the long range forecast looks great ... aside from the snow we are due to get. Should be able to get over the walleye waters next weekend

10 Deg. F. - looks like a classic "nor-easter" building in and lake effect for those off the Big Lakes.

Wow this weather is brutal.. I don't mind the cold. Its -2*. But the wind is blowing about 35mph..That should put the wind chill about -45*..

;D  5 here this AM with lots of wind, but the storm didn't dump on us like predicted. Maybe 4-6 inches - hard to tell with the wind drifts.
Looks like it is winding down here already - fishing this afternoon.  :icefish:

7 degrees with sustained winds of 30 mph gusting to 45-50. Factor in the wind chill and we are about as cold as mars. Its not to cold to be fishing but to windy. Location is Unionville, CT.

It's funny how the demeanor has changed in these posts now that we're all fishing and the temps are where we need them to be. 16 beautiful degrees in not so beautiful Hudson Falls. Good day to be on a lake. Speeking of which...I'm late.

I agree with that - 15 here and LOTS of ice.  Gotta take a day off this week and fish!  ;D

I'm waiting to start burning days off for the king to lock up. Its a balmy 70 degrees in my portable right now. I'm taking a break in my search for perch right now. You know the fishing is slow when I'm perusing IS from the lake.
