Tiny doublesided jig

Hi Ice Fishing Folk,
So I used to have a few very tiny jigs...and they had two imbedded hooks (#12 or 14) I think coming out of each side...and of course the eye in the middle...basically a vertical jig just very tiny. They were great for panfish and crappie and for the life of me I cannot find them anywhere...anyone have any ideas?  I know there are plenty of larger ones out there just cannot find the tiny ones.  Thanks!

I know there's a Fiskas Balance jig...two hooks on opposite sides.  Sold by Yourbobbersdown.
