Solid Sunday
« on: Jan 24, 2022, 05:58 PM »
Hit my local ice yesterday with some great results!
First off, Mountain Road Trading Post in Raymond has an awesome shop. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a look.
Usually fishing alone for a few hours I only grab a dozen but I guess I had a good feeling so I got 18 and I’m glad I did. Finished the day with bunch of Yellow Perch, a couple nice Larrys, and a few good size pickerel.
Started late and stayed out late, popped the lights on in the Eskimo and finished up a great day with a couple cold ones relaxing inside.

Let me put it this way, it's a pond with no public access between Salem and Hudson, and Windham and Dracut

Also, posted the same pics to a 50,000 member Facespace group and it turned into a complete crap show of people making claims that my hub lights were underwater and not on the ceiling. Apparently it's illegal to put lights under the ice in a lot of states!
