ice in leominster/gardner area?

i'd like to go on thursday if possible, but only if there is enough ice. anyone been out to some of those smaller ponds/lakes? thanks!

I live in Fitchburg. Fish gardner a lot. There is fishable ice. I fished on 1/3/15 with approx 6" of hard black ice. That was a small body though. larger bodies were still not as thick at that point. I haven't gone to check but to answer your question. There is good ice in that area. I plan on fishing at least one evening this week.
