Has anyone ever fished Friends Lake near Chestertown?  Any information is greatly appreciated.

There is no access to the lake other than if you know someone or stay at the very expensive, Friends Lake Inn.

Thank you all for the information.  I am anxious to try my luck there.  I read on the DEC website that there are Walleyes in Friends Lake.  The website also notes that Glen Lake has Walleyes, but I don't no of any taken there in fifteen years.

I don't see any eyes being in the fish type there.

But, I've never been there.

DEC used to stock Glen Lake with fry years ago but stopped.  I have caught some monster walleyes there in past.  Not anymore.  Perch fishing has been great this year.

There are still some eye's in there and if you can locate one it will be trophy size   The perch fishing is sold there.  Good Luck.
