yeah without a name to go with this story its starting to become on of those there dead horse issues.

If it is common knowledge then post the name .......  maybe a bad reaction from fellow sportsman would teach the guy a lesson .... probably not but at least everyone would know he is a scumbag

no i dont know the guys name, have made a few phone calls to find out but no luck yet. my point was that you hear these stories, i gets everyone worked up and then the story fizzles and you never know the real truth behind it. i still have a few more contacts to try. i'll see what i can find out.

This is the reason that I do not enter ice fishing tournaments anymore.  Too easy for people to cheat and they probably do it more often than we think. 

I love tournament fishing and the competiveness, but ice fishing tournaments are left too wide open for a few individuals to "bend" the rules...

r u guys telling me that u have to take a polygraph to collect winnings for an ice fishing derby   I am thinking that there might be some more important things in life     my fish is bigger than yours
