Would that be the Calamari that has a house in Yulan? If it is ..small world.. We have a house on the same road..Was gonna take a ride up this morning didnt go cause of the snow..Going up this Fri..Hope this weeks weather doesnt screw everything up!

fished 1/2 day after the storm, tip-ups got me 6 or 7 and jigging was ok. had fun and kept a good meal or 2....

Checked a few local lakes on Long Island today

Artist Lake had a lot of open water and around 1.5-2 inches of ice near the shore

Randall Pond had 2.5 inches of ice and lots of gas holes

Didn't fish either one...it'll all be gone after tomorrows warmth, wind and rain anyway

Anyone know the conditions on Muscoot Reservoir? I really gotta get off this island soon

I fished Glenmere tonight for an hour and a half - two small pickerels

and two nice crappies.
First time on ice this year - happy!!!

round lake has an open hole in the middle and walton has a lot of areas that look wet like there is thin ice.

i was oput today, all day. brought home 20, 18 perch, 2 gills. the ice when i left was about 5 inches thick. that was solid black ice. by dark there was about a inch of water in the snow ontop of the ice. its gonna be melting fast so get out now, over the next few days. i might go tomorrow too, ill measure ice and post it....

I'd say - around 4-5 inches.
I'm not sure - if you will be able to get on ice tomorrow.
