I won't run any fuel in my equipment that has ethanol in it....We can still get "real gas" up here!

Smart man...same here. Fleet Farm has the non-oxy that goes in ALL my small engines.

They have the Trufuel at Lowes and Home depot here, but at $20 bucks a quart I'll stick with the stabilizer !

Seafoam for cleaning needles, seats, dirty carbs. Startron to keep ethanol garbage from phase seperation and ruining engines, seals, plastic parts.
That's my recipe - and it works well.  I never put gas in a can or the tank of any small engine without Startron  I had two small generators this summer that had been sitting for over a year - drained the gas, added fresh with a double dose of Seafoam and by the end of a tank of fuel they were running like tops.

We still have a few stations that sell gas without ANY ethanol. Thats what goes into ANY small engine for me!

Wish we did, too, but not in the "corn-belt" with a $#@! Ethanol plant right here. The non-oxy (real gas) is about 15-20 cents more per gallon, and only 2 stations have it here in very small quantities.  >:(

I just smile and pay for it. It may be stupid and unfair, but it's worth it. I just wish I could get 87 or even 89. 92 is not ideal for ice augers. I'm sure they want it 92 octane for the street rod and souped up motorcycle crowd, better than nothing.

Have been using Marine Stabil since it first came out with nothing but good results. Add 1oz in 5 gallons of gas and it cleans the fuel system/engine nicely. I use Nox-Ice or HEET if I suspect water issues however I usually do not have any. I have been paying the extra for pure gas in all my small engines including outboards for years now. Luckily I can still get 87 and 89 without ethanol.

I run non-ethanol gas and use Seafoam for a cleaner and Stabil for when I let it sit for a while.
