I'm looking at getting into building some of my own rods. Anyone else do this?? Does anyone have a good source of quality blanks??? I've heard that Thorne Bros. use a lot of st. Croix blanks. Any other maufacturers make good blanks for a reasonable price?? Thanks

I have built several rods for ice fishing with the blanks from Peterson-Outdoors.com, they have a good selection. The 24 inch tubular graphite is my favorite for jigging and I have it mounted in a hand carved apple wood handle with Fuji guides.
