Title: Crappie Challange for the Banquet
Post by: JimP on Mar 21, 2009, 03:08 PM: Thanks to all you crappie masters that have shared your secrets with me. ;D I have been having a blast getting some crappie and have been having some of the best fish fries ever the last few weeks.

I set a goal of 5# of crappie fillets to have for the banquet and thanks to DoubleL' giving me a couple yesterday I have exceeded my goal. ;D ;D ;D I have 5.2# to bring.

Who else is bringing fish to cook at the banquet? Last year it was a huge hit!

Not sure about tonite. Going to Augusta for a meeting. Maybe tomorrow nite would work.

I might be up for some crappie fishing tomorrow....
I'll check in when I get home from work to see what the plans are..
