AHH LAY LOUUUU YA 10 day forcast sweeeeet

Temps below freezing all next week, yeah thats right all next week, for those of you that might be in a little shock ands till have your tanning oil out put it away a get your auger oil out, tenps below freezing all next week, even during the day, I swear to god it is true, I had to make sure I typed in the right zip code on the weather channel site 3 times and I still didn't believe it, I am gonna check it again right now to make sure ,,,,,,, yup below feezing all next week. I am gonna crack a beer and celabrate maybe 3 or 12 man sorry to ramble but THANK GOD

You might want to re-check your 10 day forecast-what I'm seeing for the Lake George area is day time highs in the upper 30's-low 40's with nighttime lows in the upper 20's-not exactly ice making conditions

I just did again, starting monday the temperature will not rise above 31 degrees for 6 straight days, there must be a hot spot in lake geoerge

I am picking up my father in law today who is flying in from Ireland.  He is a very avid fisherman in Ireland, but had never ice fished until last year for which he is now hooked, he loves it.  So we planned this two and a half week fishing trip way back in the summer.  What I am getting at is I guess there is something to be said about "the luck of the Irish", he jumps on a plane and winter begins.  He is used to struggling to catch a salmon or two from the river next to his house and of course with every fine catch you must take a "sip" from the flask for a toast to the fish.  We found that this is dangerous/interesting when you are fishing my hot spot on Sacandaga where the Perch and Eye's are plentiful, lots of "SIPS".  OK I am done rambling, its here, lets enjoy what NY has to offer us, "THE BEST FISHING AND HUNTING ANYWHERE".  Let's put NY on top!!!

It all depends on what forecast you are looking at. The truth is everyone is all over the place. I am hoping for the best and it will probably change about 10 times before we get there anyways. Keep the Faith.
