Downeast ice out is starting

The ice is out at 3800 acre Gardner Lake in East Machias, Indian Lake in Whiting, and Simpson Pond in Roque Bluffs.

Fished West Grand Yesterday. Won’t be long there either. Lost ice while Was there. About 14” of ice everywhere I checked and that was all half honeycombed.
