I'm so glad that I live in Alaska, its not even a question up here, everyone pees on the ice when they got to go...nobody has ever told me it was offensive, however, people just don't point and shoot, they go behind the truck, shanty, or turn away and face the wild outdoors.

heck, in alaska the women even pee on the ice, and the lakes are paved huge fish.

Thanks a lot folks. Out today, alls normal, getting rid of a couple quarts of coffee. About done and think of this thread, Can't help but start laughing at the insanity of it and lost by hold! Yea, well see if its funny when YOU do it! Spare me the smart remarks. Had on a dozen THICK layers and it was cold.

this is why some lake assoc.put pressure on park police,sheriffs dept.,encon and etc. to limit the use of their lakes.via bans on atv's,snowmobiles,power augers.one of the lakes i fish has year round homes valued at over several million dollars and i have personally have seen the occupants looking out their windows with binoculars.use a lttle discretion and use a coffee can.

Is peeing on the lake illegal? (well I'm not sure) In some states it probably is in other states it probably isn't.

Is watching peoples gentalia through binoculars illegal? (well I'm pretty sure) In all 50 states it definitely IS.

Great site...very funny! Maybe those million dollar lake dwellers would like to let me use their million dollar commode?? Or they could come out there and tell me to stop?!? When nature calls, you'd better listen. (I usually use an empty water bottle in the shanty....) Cheers...

I would say that if it disgusts the owners of these million+ dollar homes so much, they should put their fifteen hundred dollar binoculars in the drawer and not be so nosey. How about a sign next to your shanty that says "Mind your own business.". If it is something that you don't like to look at, don't look. Maybe discretion should be used and I agree, but nit picking with binoculars is going above and beyond being nosey also. Maybe they should be concerned with the property that they own and leave the public areas to the public. I think their use of binoculars is an invasion of privacy and is illegal just like window peeking.
