Title: Central iowa
Post by: Bryfish84 on Feb 22, 2018, 03:21 PM
With the rain and the warmer temps forecasted for next week I'm thinking this might be my last weekend around here to get out on the ice. I'm thinking about hitting Ada Harden Friday night and Saturday morning for one last try. The rest of my hardwarer fishing might have to be don at Clear Lake or the IGL's.

We had a great time on clear lake today. Other than locking my keys in my truck on the lake (Thank you Dome bait and tackle)and being out fished by my boy. It was a perfect day.

Big Creek was blown open last night so I'm wondering how Brushy Creek faired.

Clear Lake still had a lot of ice.  People still driving on it Sunday.  Fishing was really good

I'll second the Clear Lake post. Those big 10" yellows are fun to catch.

I have heard and seen good reports from Clear Lake!

I'm hoping to get there one more time. If not I will get there for some ice out crappie and walleye!
