Title: mealworms and maggots in prince albert

Does anyone know where i could get some maggots or mealworms in pa i cant find any someone said maybe at a pet store any ideas? thanks

id try the petstore...nothing at can. tire or coop.

Ya i didnt see anything at coop or can tire seems like the coop is slacking a bit last 2 times i went there were no smelt at all. ill try at the pet stores Thanks

 they have cisco, herring and sucker slabs right now...all minnow sizes, but yeah...seems like a good idea to stock up when they've got it.  if you're real hard up for wigglers there's a powerbait imitation that seems to do alright.  also, small chunks of beefheart/shrimp have all worked on perch for myself in the past.

Walmart had preserved (waxed or something) mealworms.

 anyone ever try those?  they're cheaper than the powerbait waxxies would be good to know if they work as well...
