If you could fish for a day with one of the radio or outdoor show celebrities who would it be. Mine, Tony Dean his shows didn't always go as planned, humor was always a part of the show. I still go back and watch some of his shows on you tube. Just watched one on cold front bites for panfish. He wasn’t falbounent or cocky just a common guy who loved to fish, loved the outdoors, and was so proud of where he came from, when he passed Jason Mitchell kind of took his place. He would be the next in line for me.

I'd go with Mike D from Lunkerville (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunkerville). Mainly because I like the format of the show and that just like us every now and again he gets blanked.
We used to get the World Fishing Network and I miss the fly fishing Tuesday :(

Found this pic of Tony

That's a tough question! So many great sticks that would be a blast to fish with: Dennis Kassube, Bro, Jason Mitchell, Brad Hawthorne, I don't think I can pick any one over the others...
-
One of the greatest american outdoorsmen Curt Gowdy wold be my choice
-
Ted Takasaki, or Jason Mitchell
-
I got to fish with Dave Genz and his daughter Kathy a few weeks ago. It was an incredible experience.
He was at the top of my list (still is), Jason Mitchell would be next. He seems like your typical, averge, ordinary guy. The kind of people I like to fish with.
-
Curt Gowdy would be an excellent choice!
-
I fish around old men all the time. My choices would be either a tarpon trip with Sheli Sanders, or a musky/walleye outing with Ashley from SheLovesToFish.
-
Growing up watching InFisherman and watching the old show with the Lindners; my choice would have to be Al Lindner; his knowledge and enthusiasm toward the sport of fishing through the years has helped me to enjoy this sport we all love. I actually met and talked with him for a while at a PWT ProAm tournament at Lake Francis Case at the Banquet back in 2000. He will talk fishing with anyone.

I am going tobe greedy and pick two guys I would like to fish with, KVD (bass fishing), and Al Linder (walleye)
-
Al Linder is a good choice for me.
-
I always wanted to fish with Gary roach and I got the opportunity , it was a great experience , thanks to another pro walleye fisherman Todd frank
-
Bob Propst Sr.....I was fortunate enough to fish with him once in his later years. His knowledge and ability was amazing. I was equally impressed with his humility, very common man that was quite comfortable using very basic equipment.
-
Virgil Ward hasn't hit this post yet???? I have a friend (we nicknamed Virgil Ward) and if I could get him (Al) to fish again, it'd be him! He's taken a long hiatus from both fishing and hunting sadly..

If it was ice in Nebraska I would like to go with Mr. B from game and parks. Guessing he knows Nebraska waters as well as anyone!
Keep it safe! JDL

If we're talking ice fishing it would come down to Genz or Brosdahl. And since I'm not a big fan of Clam products (various reasons), I will go with "The Bro". Soft water?...KVD 'cause he's a local guy...not to mention one of the best.
