Title: Soft Water Info Lncoln

I have a boy in Lincoln trying to learn how to fish from shore . He hasn't fished much since we used to go when he was a kid , but that was enough to bring him back now that he is older . Is there a soft water community like this that he can learn from ?

The Nebraska Fish and Game Association or nefga.org would be the place to start.
