Shinners

I talked to a good friend of mine tonite that had stopped at Eire outfitters and they said there are no Shinners in mich. New York penn. or Ohio. Any chance there will be any by winter. He said know one knows.  Any thoughts on this?             Mark

huron drive thru has shiners right now and if the ice season picks up the bait guys in our area will open up their minnow ponds with pumps to get bait as they did two winters ago. I dont forsee a bait shortage.
