East trout slush/bite

Has anyone been up to East Trout recently that can report on slush or the bite? I understand some folks don’t like giving out these conditions because they are afraid of people fishing on “their lake”. But I’d appreciate it.

east trout is one lake i go to frequently but don't mind sharing about the fishing.  it's very rarely better than o.k through the ice but sure is a beautiful spot.  if you catch a couple lakers in a day that's good fishing.  never tried shallow for pike, but the burbot may be biting by now.  have very seldom seen slush on the lake but you won't be driving on.  best of luck, if you'd like more info feel free to p.m.
