went down and checked case this morning in hopes of gettin 1 shot at fishin before warm up .  i know im nuts but if it wasnt for the snow probably would have been able to.  lake was mostly frozen except for dam end. had to drive through 10inches of snow  to parkin lot. wasnt plowed. they got a lotta snow there. but there seem to be only a few inches on the ice . along with the dreaded slush. walked out about 8feet drilled a hole. there was 2 inches of ice . well it was worth the try considering the warm up thats comin. i had to try lol youngster

good try youngster, i was thinking of going out today to case and checking it out, but your right its probably so insulated with snow it wouldnt be worth it guess ill just head back out into the woods after lunch, hopefully by christmas we will be dropping lines through holes
