Waubay Lake
« on: Feb 15, 2005, 07:31 PM »
Was wondering if any of the local SD'rs have been to Waubay this past weekend or just recently.  I'm prolly going to be heading up this coming weekend and was wondering if the ice conditions are still around the 24-30" range?  It seemed on the north end by Buckshot there was pushing 20-26" depending on where I was and near the refugee area it was close to 33"...  Didn't know how the recent warm weather we've had has affected the 'up-north' glacial lakes...

Anyone having any luck up there lately?  Last time I was up it was awfully slow....

Thanks!

WF.
