Nice perchies Yote. Good call on the Saugur Doeslayer, never gave it a close look until you pointed it out. Check the spotted dorsal fin also, crazy! Very cool Yote!

After looking at a comparison, I am now thinking walleye. Looks like they both have spots on the rear dorsal.

That could truly be what it is. A sauger and a walleye crossed in nature and are called a saugeye. I don’t believe we have any regs for a saugeye and sauger is a closed season here. So nice catch.

35-3/4" and 15 pounds 6 ounces caught out of one of the Indian lakes.
i just created a thread to share more details.  i fish the same 5mm and 6mm jigs year round and these waters will start to better illustrate how special this system i created is.  i keep saying it but....observations with quality feedback will lead you in the right direction.  the better one can suggest food/life the less color and size maters.  there is a gradiant to how well you can suggest life/food and if you obsess about it like i did, you can reach a similar conclusion, if you open your mind and let the fish teach you..even the small fish are great teachers.
