Caught a handful over the past few years. Really cool looking. If I remember it has to do where they live, like perch that stay strictly in a bay have very dark green and vibrant fin and belly color I don’t remember where they say the blue came from tho.

I was reading up on it it has something to do with lack of pigment in them pretty awesome though

That'd be pretty cool to ice one. I released this one hopefully it'll get bigger it was about 10 inches long.

Nice gator my young friend. Was that from yesterday? If so, the water clarity must have changed since Friday. I still haven't shown you all of my tricks. Perhaps we can hook up one more time before I call it quits for the season although I have plenty of pike in the freezer, I could acquiesce to one or two more to mix up a batch of my famous pickled pike.
